RESALE & WARRANTY POLICY

To protect our brand integrity and ensure our customers receive authentic products backed by legitimate service, we strictly regulate the resale of our products and the authorization of lifetime warranty claims.

1. Resale Restrictions

  • Unauthorized Reselling: Products purchased from our store are intended strictly for end-user personal use. Unlawful or unauthorized reselling, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our products without prior written approval from Ai-Pro is strictly prohibited.

  • Online Platforms: Listing, advertising, or selling our products on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or independent online storefronts) without express commercial authorization is forbidden.

2. Prohibition on Lifetime Warranty Offers

  • Non-Transferable Warranty: Any warranty, including our Lifetime Warranty coverage, applies exclusively to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from our official store or an officially authorized partner.

  • Prohibition of Warranty Marketing: Resellers, distributors, and third-party sellers are strictly prohibited from offering, advertising, promoting, or promising our Lifetime Warranty (or any official warranty coverage) to downstream buyers or end consumers.

  • Voiding of Claims: We do not honor lifetime warranty claims, replacements, or support requests submitted by individuals who purchased products through unauthorized third-party sellers or secondary markets. Any attempt by a reseller to guarantee our lifetime warranty to third parties will immediately void all associate product claims and may result in legal enforcement.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to void warranties, refuse support, cancel pending orders, block accounts, and take appropriate legal measures against any individual or entity found violating these resale and warranty restrictions.
