Shipping policy

Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

Pre-Orders: Pre-order items require additional processing time and will ship as soon as stock becomes available.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be updated on your order details page and sent to your email address.

International Customs & Taxes (Non-US Orders): For shipments outside the United States, customers are solely responsible for any applicable local customs duties, import fees, or taxes required for customs release. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not covered by Ai Pro.
